We launched the site on Monday with no fanfare, just a simple change of links on some Web pages and a redirect in the old site’s folder. I learned a lot about WordPress and its template tags. I also learned a bit about PHP. I am really happy with the functionality and will be writing an about the site page at some point. The theme was nice when I started on the project but I’m not so sure now. I thought it was particularly clever to use Kauke as the “I” in “Instructional.” There are things I’d like to tweak and tinker with in the future. I enjoy tinkering with themes quite a bit so look for minor changes here and there.
